We offer shipment of thousands of different products that we stock in our warehouses and have for sale here online, as well as having Licensed Sports Manufacturers and Distributors ship products for us. We also ship many products for Affiliate Websites and Sports Related Companies.

Policies & Customer Service

SHIPPING POLICIES

All items are offered with optional insurance. We are not responsible for damaged or lost items by the shipping carrier, unless you opt for the insurance at the time of your purchase. If the item is lost, and insurance was purchased, you are not required to do anything. If the item is damaged, and insurance was purchased, we will file the claim with the shipping carrier, and ship out another item. You will simply have to return the original item if delivered to you, in a prepaid printable return label that we will provide via email. All items we ship have tracking. We use USPS, UPS, and FEDEX.

Any items shipped by SteelTownUsa affiliates will have to abide by that Affiliate's Insurance and Shipping Policies. You will be notified of these policies by the Affiliate automatically anytime you are dealing with them instead of us.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Exchanges are offered when we ship the wrong item. We will reship the correct item, as well as issue you a refund or send you a return label for the return shipping of the incorrect item.

Exchanges are also offered in an item shipped to you was damaged by the shipping carrier, and you have added the optional insurance option with your purchase. If the insurance option was not requested by you when completing the purchase, we will not exchange or refund the purchase.

Refunds are offered on any items that are lost in the shipping process. You will be given the option to have the item refunded, or reshipped.

Refunds are offered if you simply don't want the item, within 10 days of receiving the item. Shipping charges will not be reimbursed and you will have to return the item and pay the return shipping. There is no restocking fee as long as the item is still in brand new condition.

Any items shipped by SteelTownUsa Affiliates will have to abide by that Affiliate's Refund and Exchange Policies. When you purchase an item from us, it will advise you if we are shipping the item, or if an affiliate is handling the order on our behalf.

PRIVACY POLICY

We do not collect any personal information, nor store or sell any information you provide to us via our website. When you order products from our website, your credit card and shipping information is processed by a secure merchant account. We do not obtain or retain any credit card information from you. Your name, shipping address, and order number are recorded and maintained in our records database, only for properly processing your order. We maintain these records to insure proper accountability of your orders, that they were delivered, and to refer to your order for any questions you may have. Your information is never given, sold, or issued to any other companies or individuals. The only time we would release any information, would be to comply with law enforcement agencies, or courts, and only then is that information to be released to them if it is required by law. You will not receive any mail, spam mail, or any other notices from us, unless you choose to sign up to receive emails in regards to our website or products. At any time you decide to not receive any more email, or mailed information, simply let us know in writing, or with a simple email. We do not give or sell your email address to anyone, companies, or individuals.
